How do I book an initial consultation?

To book an initial consultation you can either fill out the contact form on our website, call us or send us an email to emily@emilyjeanevents.com.au

Once you've booked your consultation we will be in touch to confirm your appointment.

How far in advance should I book my wedding planner?

The earlier the better! Ideally, you should book your wedding planner at least 6-12 months in advance. Any bookings made later than 5-6 months from the wedding date may incur a rush fee, depending on the season.

How far in advance should I book my on the day wedding coordinator?

The earlier the better! Ideally, you should book your wedding coordinator at least 2 months in advance. Any bookings less than 1 month from the wedding date may incur a rush fee, depending on the season.

How much is a deposit?

To book your event with us we require a 25% non refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to your event.

Do you have flexible payment plans?

Yes, we have flexible payment plans. We accept payments via bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. All card payments will incur a 2.5% merchant fee. Our payment plans depend on your package but are usually paid in instalmentsa 25% non refundable deposit is required upon booking, 50% is due mid planning and the final 25% is due one month prior to your event. We can be very flexible to suit your needs so let us know upon booking. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If we are providing you with Wedding Planning services the following cancellation fees apply:
If cancelled from the date signed on your contract up to but not including six (6) months prior to your event date: You will be required to pay 50% of your total agreed package cost.
If cancelled within six (6) months of your event date: You will be required to pay 75% of your total agreed package cost.
If cancelled within three (3) months of your event date: You will be required to pay 100% of your total agreed package cost.
