I'm Emily, the heart and soul behind Emily Jean Events. As a passionate wedding planner based in Sydney, I live and breathe love stories, and nothing makes me happier than helping couples bring their dream weddings to life!
With a background in event management and a keen eye for detail, I've spent the past decade crafting unforgettable weddings that reflect the unique personalities and love stories of each couple I work with. My journey began with a love for a good celebration and a knack for organisation, which quickly blossomed into a fulfilling career dedicated to creating magical moments.

On The Day Coordinator
Hey, I'm Chloe! I'm part of the Emily Jean Events team as a Wedding Coordinator.
I've always been someone who thrives behind the scenes, bringing people, details, and plans together to create seamless experiences. With a background in operations, event management, and project coordination, I love the feeling of knowing every detail has been taken care of so others can simply enjoy the moment.
For me, weddings are about so much more than beautiful styling and perfectly timed schedules. They're about celebrating your story, your people, and one of the most meaningful days of your life. I feel incredibly privileged to play a small part in helping bring that to life.
On your wedding day, you'll often find me fluffing dresses, coordinating vendors, keeping the timeline on track, fixing the unexpected before you even know about it, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. My goal is for you to feel present, relaxed, and able to soak up every moment with the people you love most.
