Special Event Planning 

Emily Jean Events offer a special event planning package for those who need a little extra help than the 'basic assistance' package.

 

Silver Package Includes: 

- Complimentary initial consultation

- 3 face to face meetings

- Unlimited emails and phone calls to your event planner

- Site inspection to venue 

- Your very own client portal

Access to our preferred vendors and suppliers

- Risk management 

- Budget management and breakdown

- Assistance with floor plans and layouts

- Event schedule provided to you, your stakeholders and your vendors

- Overseeing the styling to your event

- Attendance at rehearsal activities (if required)

- Event coordinator on site for 8 hours on the day 

- Events assistant on site for 8 hours on the day 

- Complimentary notepads and pens your your attendees 

- Event survival kit on site

Full Event Planning

- Guest speaker management

- Assistance with catering and menu selection 

- Assistance with styling and design

- Attendance at rehearsal activities

- Event coordinator on site for 12 hours on the day 

- Events assistant on site for 8 hours on the day 

- Review all supplier contracts
